Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and o9win ("o9win", "Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the o9win platform at https://o9win.win, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the o9win platform and close your account.
1.1 These Terms, together with the o9win Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, form the complete agreement between you and o9win governing your use of the o9win website and all associated services.
1.2 By registering an account on o9win, clicking "I Agree", or by simply accessing and using the platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 o9win reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The effective date of any revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the o9win platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use o9win's services. o9win strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 o9win may at any time require you to submit documentary proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
2.3 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of o9win's services is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside. o9win makes no representation that its services are legal in your jurisdiction. By accessing o9win, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
2.4 o9win reserves the right to restrict or refuse access to players from specific jurisdictions at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on o9win. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. o9win reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
3.2 You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your o9win account, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You are required to keep this information current at all times.
3.3 KYC Verification. o9win may at any time require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or passport, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Until verification is completed to o9win's satisfaction, withdrawals may be suspended.
3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your o9win login credentials. You must notify o9win immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. o9win accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.5 Account registration is personal. You may not transfer, sell, or permit any other person to access or use your o9win account.
4.1 All deposits to and withdrawals from o9win accounts are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). o9win does not accept deposits or make payments in any other currency.
4.2 o9win accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Payment methods are subject to change at o9win's discretion.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by o9win within the timeframe stated in the payment methods section of the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method and KYC status. o9win reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 You may only withdraw funds to a payment account or method that belongs to you and is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.5 o9win reserves the right to reverse deposits, suspend withdrawals, or place a hold on account funds where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.
4.6 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the o9win platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
5.1 All bets placed on o9win are subject to these Terms and any additional game-specific or event-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict, game-specific rules take precedence over these general Terms with respect to that specific game or event.
5.2 Once a bet has been confirmed by o9win's system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player.
5.3 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or the display of manifestly incorrect odds or payouts, o9win reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. All casino game outcomes are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). In the event of a casino game malfunction, all bets for that round shall be void.
5.4 o9win reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount, maximum payout, or maximum exposure on any market, event, or game at any time and without notice.
5.5 Live Betting. For in-play sportsbook bets, o9win endeavours to keep markets and odds current. However, latency in data feeds may result in brief delays. Bets accepted during a delay are valid unless demonstrably placed after the relevant event outcome was determined.
6.1 o9win may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits.
6.2 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, engaging in bonus abuse, or using techniques designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements may have their bonus voided, their winnings forfeited, and their account closed.
6.3 o9win reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the o9win platform:
7.2 o9win reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities and to forfeit all funds in such accounts.
8.1 All content on the o9win platform — including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, trade marks, game interfaces, and design elements — is the exclusive property of o9win or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the o9win platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any o9win content without express written permission.
9.1 The o9win platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. o9win makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or freedom from error.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, o9win shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from interruption of service, technical failures, incorrect odds display, or any other cause beyond o9win's reasonable control.
9.3 o9win's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your o9win account in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.
10.1 o9win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an o9win account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
10.2 o9win implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
11.1 o9win is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All players are required to be 21 years of age or older. Players who are experiencing difficulties with gambling are encouraged to use o9win's responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which o9win holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and o9win arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting o9win's customer support team.
13.3 If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as determined by o9win. The language of arbitration shall be English.
13.4 Nothing in this clause prevents o9win from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
